About the role
Machines & Equipment to Handle:
1. Fully Automated SCADA controlled Powder coating Plant(Conveyor, Spray
system).
2. PLC controlled Cold roll forming line maintenance (Not Mandatory, Will
be added advantage)
3. Press shop 30 Ton to 250 Ton.
4. Mig Welding machine(Panasonic & Weld max)
Key Expectations:
1. Independently Handling Shift activities.
2. Strong Knowledge on Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulic, Pneumatic .
3. Knowledge On PLC system.
4.planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
5. diagnosing faults
6. repairing equipment
7. maintaining statistical records
8. ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
9. creating & follow maintenance procedures
10. managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
11. Performing routine inspections, lubrication, and cleaning of mechanical
equipment according to established schedules to prevent breakdowns.
12. Diagnosing malfunctions in mechanical systems, identifying root causes,
and making necessary repairs to restore equipment functionality.
13. Assisting with the installation of new machinery and modifications to
existing systems.
14. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and
equipment performance.
15. Adhering to safety procedures and regulations while performing
maintenance tasks.
16. Ordering and managing spare parts inventory to ensure timely
repairs.
17. Monitoring equipment performance metrics and identifying areas for
improvement.
18. Strong understanding of mechanical principles, including hydraulics,
pneumatics, bearings, and power transmission systems.
19. Proficiency in using various maintenance tools and equipment.
20. Ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues and develop effective
solutions.
21. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
22. Familiarity with maintenance management software and reporting
tools
23. Capability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy
objects and working in confined spaces.
