Third Party Manufacturing Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Third Party Manufacturing Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end
operations at third-party pulses processing units. This critical role focuses
on ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality
standards and optimizing resources for overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the manufacturing, production, and processing of pulses at
third-party units to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production volume
requirements.

Ensure all production targets are achieved, focusing on quality, on-time
delivery, and resource optimization.

Implement continuous process improvements to minimize rework and enhance
operational efficiency.

Monitor processing yields, recoveries, and productivity to align with cost
and efficiency targets.

Track processing costs and operational efficiencies while identifying
cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with product quality specifications and food safety
standards by monitoring incoming raw material quality and in-process
controls.

Drive the implementation of environmental, health, and safety standards at
third-party facilities through safety inspections and training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing or production
operations, preferably in the food or pulses processing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and food safety standards.

Experience in SAP for managing production, inventory, and dispatch
activities.

Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on tracking processing costs and
operational efficiencies.

Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and training
skills.

Proven ability to implement continuous process improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pulses processing is highly desirable.

management systems.
- Familiarity with NPOP/NOP standards and documentation.
