JDE Finance Business Analyst
Job Summary:
The JDE Finance Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap
between business needs and IT solutions. By gathering and analyzing business
requirements, this position ensures that financial systems align with
organizational strategies, facilitating impactful decision-making across the
company.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements through interviews and workshops with Business
SMEs and users, converting them into detailed user requirements
specifications (URS) with applicable scenarios.

Maintain and update the URS in Azure DevOps (ADO) for ongoing reference and
clarity.

Review the URS documents with SMEs and users, securing necessary sign-off
for project progression.

Evaluate and approve Functional Design Specifications based on the finalized
URS, ensuring accurate interpretation of requirements.

Consult with the Testing team to review and refine the test plan and test
scripts, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Actively participate in and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
facilitating clear communication between stakeholders and the testing team.

Serve as a vital link between the business and IT/Build Team, ensuring
effective communication and understanding of project objectives and
constraints.

Align project requirements and solutions with organizational strategy to
guarantee that initiatives support broader business goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in finance-related
projects.

Strong understanding of JDE (JD Edwards) financial modules and processes.

Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Polish being
a significant advantage.

Experience with documenting and maintaining user requirements
specifications.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.

Ability to lead discussions and workshops effectively to elicit
requirements.

Strong analytical skills capable of translating complex business needs into
structured requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Functional Design and Test Plan documentation.

Prior experience in a project management role or coordination of
cross-functional teams.
