AI Engineer

Job Summary:

As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced AI models utilizing LLMs and Generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional AI solutions.
Conduct experiments and performance evaluations using the latest AI tools and frameworks to assess model effectiveness.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends, integrating them into existing projects to enhance capabilities.
Document code, processes, and methodologies to ensure clarity and facilitate knowledge transfer among team members.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in AI model development and deployment.
Support operational readiness of AI solutions through troubleshooting, scaling, and maintenance of production systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in AI or machine learning, with a focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ along with experience in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong understanding of Modern Computing Paradigms (MCPs) and how they apply to AI models.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and tools, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, for deploying AI applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills to relay complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced topics in AI, such as reinforcement learning or computer vision.
Familiarity with data engineering and data management best practices.
Participation in open-source AI projects or contributions to research papers in the field.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
