Senior Financial Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance while driving strategic financial planning to enhance organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
Coordinate and lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning financial goals with the company strategy.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards by implementing robust internal control systems.
Supervise the finance team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial disciplines across various departments.
Conduct financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize financial workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, ideally within a professional services environment.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
