Job Summary:

Abhee Ventures is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience at our Sarjapura location. This position is tailored for individuals passionate about customer interaction, coordination, and front-office operations, making a significant impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive CP visit records and coordinate effectively with CP managers for meetings.
• Handle visitor records and collaborate with the sales team for efficient customer management.
• Ensure precise data entry and prepare daily reports on walk-in visitors.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage the availability of marketing and stationery materials, ensuring operational readiness.
• Support front office administrative activities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in customer service or front office operations.
• Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
• Proficiency in data entry and management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for customer engagement and service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer management systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy setting.
