Interior Stylist/Decorator

Job Summary:

At Sliceinn, we’re seeking a design-savvy, trend-conscious, and fast-moving Interior Stylist/Decorator to transform blank spaces into warm, inviting, and Instagram-worthy stays. You will take charge of curating cohesive aesthetics that reflect our boutique hospitality vibe, creating functional elegance in our Airbnb suites, coliving hubs, and vacation rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative design concepts that align with Sliceinn’s brand identity and enhance guest experiences.
Style Airbnb suites and vacation rentals with a focus on creating inviting, Instagram-ready environments.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their vision and ensure design execution meets expectations.
Select and source décor elements, furniture, and accessories that reflect current trends and harmonize with project themes.
Conduct on-site assessments to analyze space and determine optimal layout and design strategies.
Manage the entire styling process, from initial concept to final installation, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and techniques to provide fresh ideas and insights for future projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Decorating, or a related field.
Proven experience in interior styling or decorating, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong knowledge of color theory, furniture design, and spatial arrangements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to create cohesive, stylish designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the hospitality industry or designing short-term rental properties.
Strong understanding of marketing and social media to leverage designs for promotional purposes.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate project needs and client availability.
Certification from a recognized design organization or licensing as an Interior Designer.
