D365FO Rollout Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution Architect to lead the rollout of D365FO. This role is pivotal in managing localizations, driving governance, and ensuring smooth regional deployments while aligning business and IT strategies across a scalable global template.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a global D365FO template covering Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements throughout deployments.
Oversee solution architecture, including integrations, extensions, and data migration.
Lead fit-gap workshops, create detailed rollout plans, and support go-live activities.
Establish robust governance processes and manage deviations from the global core model.
Collaborate effectively with business leaders, country teams, and Microsoft partners to drive project success.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Dynamics AX / D365FO; 4+ years leading successful global rollouts.
Deep expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail modules as well as localizations.
Strong skills in solution architecture, integrations, and managing global stakeholders effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Microsoft certifications in Finance, SCM, or Solution Architecture preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with change management and user adoption strategies during rollouts.
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in ERP implementations.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse teams.
Proven ability to work in a hybrid model with flexibility in working location.
