Data Scientist - Python Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist and Python Developer to develop and deliver comprehensive web applications and machine learning models that drive our business forward. This role requires a strong background in programming and statistics, enabling you to create functional server-side applications while collaborating with teams to enhance our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver complete web applications using Python, Django, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
Build, train, and deploy machine learning models utilizing Python, SageMaker, or Azure ML to enhance decision-making processes.
Write robust testing code, debug programs, and integrate applications with third-party web services to ensure seamless functionality.
Automate processes using Python, VBA, and crawler development technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with senior developers to implement efficient and well-written Python code, while mentoring junior developers in best practices.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, creating and maintaining high-quality software products using Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
Create functional and efficient server-side applications as a Python developer, while conducting data processing, analysis, and visualization using Python or R tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in programming with languages such as Python, Java, or R.
Strong background in statistics and experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or relevant skillsets.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and RDBMS, preferably SQL Server.
Experience with Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Familiarity with automation framework development and CI/CD automation practices.
Ability to write scripts in Python, Perl, Bash, or Shell.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a preference for Azure.
Exposure to AI, data science, and machine learning concepts.
Understanding of server-side application development and database management.
Proficient in writing Perl, Java, and MySQL Database scripts for Agile development.
