Program Manager - Biotech
Job Summary:
The Program Manager for our Biotech division will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of agriculture by driving strategic biotechnology programs. This position involves collaboration with innovative teams and leaders to ensure seamless execution of high-impact initiatives that directly contribute to our mission of sustainable and regenerative agricultural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with scientific and business leaders to translate research and innovation objectives into structured program plans with clear milestones and timelines.
- Drive execution across biotechnology programs, ensuring alignment between research & development, regulatory, manufacturing, product, and commercial teams.
- Establish robust program governance through operating dashboards, milestone tracking, risk management, and regular program reviews.
- Monitor program progress, proactively identify execution risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure commitments are met.
- Support technology transfer, product development, pilot programs, and commercialization efforts by ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- Prepare concise program updates, executive reviews, and decision-support materials for leadership and investors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is an advantage.
- 6-10 years of experience in biotechnology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, scientific program management, R&D operations, innovation management, or consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex scientific information for diverse audiences.
- 3+ years of work experience with growth strategies and 2+ years of biotechnological research experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with strategic planning and execution frameworks in biotechnology.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and processes within the biotech sector.
