Business Development Executive

Role Description 

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching potential clients, qualifying leads, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting company services, and preparing proposals and quotes tailored to client needs. The role also involves coordinating with project and operations teams, managing client accounts, tracking market trends, and reporting progress to leadership. The Business Development Executive will represent the company at local industry events, build long-term relationships, and support the achievement of revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong client base.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage contracts, maintain client relationships, and support project follow-up.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, visit client locations, and adapt to field and office environments.
• Strong negotiation, basic financial understanding, and proposal-writing skills are an advantage.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
