Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media to identify their recruitment needs and present our solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our AI-powered recruitment platform.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation and increase brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system, providing insights and reports as required.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Gather and provide feedback from clients to inform product development and service improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
