Team Lead

Job Summary:

As a Team Lead at StudyIn, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring a dedicated team of professionals, driving the success of student application processes across various international destinations. Your leadership will directly impact students' experiences, helping them navigate their study abroad journey smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and drive application processes by managing the end-to-end student application flow, ensuring accuracy and adherence to institutional timelines.
Mentor and support team members by providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and facilitating their professional development.
Facilitate training and development sessions tailored to the needs of new and existing team members to ensure knowledge of current procedures and best practices.
Accurately process and track student applications from StudyIn offices while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Ensure streamlined cross-office collaboration for consistent service delivery and application handling across all StudyIn branches.
Represent StudyIn at university exhibitions and fairs, engaging prospective students and partners in a professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, counselors, and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

More than 5 years of experience in the relevant field, including experience managing a team of 10-12 members.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is mandatory.
Proficient in handling University applications for Australia and Canada.
Excellent email handling and professional correspondence skills.
Strong ability to scrutinize student documentation effectively.
Good typing speed and capacity to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a higher education counseling or admissions environment.
Familiarity with international study programs and visa processes.
A proven track record of successful team management and project delivery.
Participation in training and development initiatives within educational institutions.
