Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, working closely with stakeholders, and translating business needs into functional specifications. Experience in working with process-driven environments and knowledge of ISO standards will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and process documentation.
- Ensure alignment of business processes with industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Support project teams in agile or waterfall project environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development projects.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and business process analysis.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to create BRD, FRD, use cases, workflow diagrams, and user stories.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Knowledge of ISO standards, compliance processes, or quality management systems.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Understanding of data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
