Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on executive search.
Proven track record of successful placements in diverse industries and functions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidates effectively and make informed hiring decisions.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
