Principal AI Product Manager
Job Summary:

Principal AI Product Manager who is a strategic thinker, a hands-on builder,
and a visionary leader to guide the development of our Voice AI platform and
its go-to-market strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the

Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the roadmap for our Voice AI platform, ensuring alignment
with the company's overarching vision.

Collaborate with leadership to translate abstract ideas into concrete
product strategies and modular platform offerings.

Stay updated on industry trends in LLMs, agentic workflows, voice AI, and
platform ecosystems to inform product development.

Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver
high-quality, impactful products.

Translate user needs into intuitive APIs, SDKs, and platform components that
enhance developer engagement.

Develop a robust go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning,
self-serve onboarding, and comprehensive documentation.

Act as the product bridge among internal teams, promoting a unified platform
thinking across the organization.
Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or
platform products with a proven record of managing complex customer-facing
products.

Technical background as an ex-engineer or in Data, transitioning to a
product management role.
- Strong understanding of AI-native products or workflow orchestration.

Hands-on approach: proficient in reading traces, writing prompts, testing
agent flows, and demonstrating product features.

Ability to integrate infrastructure thinking with product-led go-to-market
strategies for enterprise and SME clients.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to
both technical and executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in adjacent domains such as CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, sales engagement,
or conversation intelligence.

Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a history of making quick
decisions and owning outcomes.

Familiarity with LLM tooling, voice AI, or agentic workflow solutions.
