Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Job Summary:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will play a pivotal role in Eicore's
transformation from a well-established enterprise solutions provider to a
scalable, product-led platform company. This position is tasked with owning
the complete revenue engine, which encompasses new business, existing client
relations, customer success, partnerships, and revenue operations, making a
significant impact on our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Build and lead the enterprise sales function for both existing and future
products, managing intricate, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with insurers
across various geographies.
-
Grow and enhance relationships with existing clients, facilitating account
expansion and transitioning customers towards subscription models for the
platform.
-
Design innovative pricing, packaging, and contract structures for a platform
business, collaborating with Finance and Product teams.
-
Shape onboarding processes to ensure customers achieve rapid value
realization, focusing on scalable delivery rather than lengthy custom
services.
-
Establish a Customer Success function focused on adoption, renewals, and net
revenue retention to drive long-term value.
-
Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, consultancies, and
the analyst ecosystem to create additional revenue channels.
-
Set up the RevOps infrastructure, including CRM, forecasting, compensation
design, and reporting, aligning incentives with recurring revenue models.
Requirements:
-
12+ years of experience in enterprise software revenue leadership, including
3-5 years in senior roles such as CRO, VP Sales, or equivalent.
-
Direct experience in successfully leading a business through both
conventional and innovative approaches in revenue generation.
-
Proven track record in selling to insurers or regulated financial
institutions, managing long sales cycles, and engaging diverse
decision-making committees.
-
Experience in building integrated functions across Sales, Customer Success,
and Revenue Operations, rather than merely creating a sales team.
-
Familiarity with non-linear pricing models (e.g., usage-based,
consumption-based, value-based) in revenue generation strategies.
-
Strong financial acumen, especially in service economics such as utilization
and margin, along with SaaS metrics including ARR, CAC, LTV, and NRR.
-
Demonstrated credibility at the executive and board levels, with experience
in cross-regional sales efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in crafting and implementing innovative sales strategies for new
product offerings in dynamic markets.
-
Established network of relationships within the insurance and financial
services industries.
-
Advanced knowledge of the technological trends shaping the future of
insurtech and financial services.
-
Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and adapt sales
strategies accordingly.
Benefits:
-
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and equity options.
-
Opportunity to shape the future of a pioneering platform in the insurance
industry.
-
Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision
coverage.
- Flexible work arrangements including remote work options.
- Professional development and continuous learning opportunities.
-
Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation.
-
Access to a supportive company culture that values diversity and inclusion.
