Informatica Identity Manager

Role Overview :
We are seeking a Informatica Identity Management (IDM) professionals to support a strategic project in Dubai. The team will consist of one senior onsite resource working closely with the client, and three experienced resources collaborating from India.

Key Responsibilities :
● Informatica IDM implementation: Design, configure, and deploy IDM solutions aligned with client requirements.
● Client engagement: The onsite senior resource will act as the primary liaison, managing client expectations and ensuring smooth delivery.
● Team leadership: Delegate tasks, provide technical guidance, and coordinate work between onsite and remote teams.
● Remote collaboration: Work effectively with distributed teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshooting and support: Resolve issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.

Required Experience :
● 4+ years Informatica IDM hands-on expertise.
● Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and integration with enterprise systems.
● Proven ability to work independently and deliver in fast-paced environments.
● Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and coordinate with offshore teams.
● For the onsite senior role: prior experience in client-facing delivery and team delegation.
