Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. This role focuses on the design, analysis, and optimization of static equipment, making a significant impact on our projects and overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop static equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Conduct thorough analyses to evaluate the performance, reliability, and efficiency of mechanical systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical solutions into larger engineering projects.
Oversee the hands-on assembly, testing, and maintenance of static equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders and management.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, implementing solutions in a timely manner.
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to innovate and improve equipment designs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with static equipment.
Proficient in engineering software tools such as CAD, ANSYS, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices in mechanical engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
Familiarity with reliability engineering and failure analysis methods.
Experience in a lead engineer role with mentoring responsibilities.
