Compliance Manager
Job Summary:
The Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing
the compliance program across the organization. By collaborating closely with
Operations and Functional Leads, this position ensures adherence to regulatory
standards and promotes a culture of compliance that safeguards the
organization’s integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the implementation of the compliance program in conjunction
with Operations and other Functional Leads.

Develop and monitor key compliance risk indicators to preemptively address
potential issues.

Supervise compliance with Information System policies, ensuring SOC,
vulnerability assessments, and vendor management are rigorously enforced.

Manage the operations compliance team, defining controls and evaluating
their design and operational effectiveness periodically.

Steer the roll-out of audit frameworks for operational compliance and
delivery excellence in both internal and customer engagements.

Drive business process improvement projects and undertake resource planning
for the audit budget.

Ensure adequate data security controls are integrated into processes to
prevent data leakage amidst growing digitization.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field;
relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, or similar) are preferred.

5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit roles within
a corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and best practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects
effectively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information
clearly and concisely.

Experience in collaborating with external auditors and managing audit
processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
