Sr. Manager - Account Management Department
Job Summary:
The Sr. Manager of the Account Management Department will drive and manage key
account relationships that are vital to business growth at Thriwe. This role
is crucial for developing and implementing strategies that enhance
partnerships across various sectors, ensuring our clients receive exceptional
service and value.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and execute partner acquisition and retention plans to meet
business objectives.

Ensure key partnerships and tie-ups are aligned with company goals and
deliverables.

Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring seamless execution of
services.

Monitor and manage escalation issues, resolving partner concerns
effectively.

Develop reports and insights on partner performance, MOUs, and operational
efficiencies.

Train and mentor junior team members in key account management practices.

Oversee the documentation and management of all agreements, maintaining
digital records accurately.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Excel and experience with MIS reporting and data-driven
decision-making.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale partner networks.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
