Life Sciences Data Analyst
Job Summary:
The Life Sciences Data Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing
healthcare and customer master data to support our pharmaceutical operations.
This position impacts the organization by ensuring high-quality, compliant
data that drives informed decision-making and enhances overall business
performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and manage healthcare/customer master data processes to ensure
accuracy and reliability.

Utilize strong knowledge of MDM entity types such as Customer, Organization,
Product, and Payer to maintain comprehensive data records.

Implement and monitor data hierarchies, affiliations, and relationship
management concepts within the organization.

Ensure compliance with GxP standards and regulations, maintaining data
integrity in a highly regulated environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data governance and
enhance data quality practices.

Use SQL to run queries and conduct data analysis independently, providing
actionable insights to stakeholders.

Identify areas for improvement in data management processes and recommend
solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domain.
- Strong understanding of healthcare/customer master data processes.

Proficient knowledge of MDM entity types including Customer, Organization,
Product, and Payer.

Familiarity with healthcare data hierarchies, affiliations, and relationship
management.

Understanding of GxP compliance concepts and processes in regulated
environments.
