About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to support and optimize Microsoft 365 services within a large enterprise environment.
The role covers messaging, collaboration, identity, security, governance, compliance, and automation.
You will work closely with infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, administer, and support Microsoft 365 services.
Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Entra ID.
Provide Tier 3 support for complex Microsoft 365, identity, messaging, and collaboration issues.
Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration, licensing, governance, and user lifecycle.
Administer Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.
Manage Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, messaging security, and hybrid environments.
Implement Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, and eDiscovery solutions.
Develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
Monitor platform health, security, performance, and adoption.
Create technical documentation and operational procedures.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams.
Contribute to Microsoft 365 architecture, roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID, and Power Platform.
Strong knowledge of Hybrid Identity and Active Directory integration.
Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.
Experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Retention, and eDiscovery.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, and compliance.
Experience with Git/GitHub.
