Business Manager
Job Summary:
The Business Manager at SAHI will play a pivotal role in driving our
partnership expansion and trader acquisition efforts. You will be instrumental
in building and executing strategies that connect with key partners and
high-value traders, directly impacting our growth trajectory in the fast-paced
FinTech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source lucrative partnership deals with fintech platforms,
content providers, and ecosystem players to enhance SAHI's market presence.

Manage the entire partnership lifecycle from initial meetings to
negotiations, contract signing, and successful integration.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams to
successfully transition signed contracts into functional partnerships.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value traders, focusing on
HNIs and algo traders, to increase trading volume on our platform.

Represent SAHI at industry events and meetups to build relationships and
promote our brand among potential partners and traders.

Structure creative compensation models including account opening payouts,
brokerage share, and co-branded products tailored to partnership needs.

Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, ensuring SAHI stays ahead of
the competition and adapts strategies accordingly.
Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or key
account management within the financial services, fintech, or brokerage
sectors.

Proven track record of successful deal sourcing, negotiation, and closure
with a focus on maintaining ongoing account relationships.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability
to engage senior leadership and high-net-worth clients effectively.

Strong understanding of trading and market dynamics with the ability to
relate to both algo traders and HNIs.

A well-established network in the fintech or wealth management ecosystem is
