Seven Sigma Healthcare Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced Head of Department to lead a key business function, drive operational excellence, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the department consistently meets business and performance objectives.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare services/healthcare operations , people leadership, process improvement, performance management, and stakeholder management. This role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and execution levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations and performance of the department.
- Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Own key KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, revenue/cost targets, and operational metrics.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team.
- Establish processes, SOPs, governance frameworks, and performance standards.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and healthcare ecosystem stakeholders where applicable.
- Monitor departmental budgets, resource utilization, and operational costs.
- Drive technology adoption, automation, and process digitization wherever relevant.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare, data privacy, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, business reviews, and performance reports to senior management.
- Handle escalations and resolve critical operational or client issues.
- Support organizational growth by identifying opportunities to expand capabilities, services, and operational capacity.
