Education / Other Minimum Requirements		We are looking for a qualified CA with relevant experience in a similar role or B.E./ B.Tech with MBA (Finance/ Operations). He must hold a 12-18 years’ experience in a similar role for any manufacturing company.
Education / Other Minimum Requirements		He will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be assisted by a dedicated team
Location		Bangkok
Job Profile		1) Overall responsibility of the entire business including over-seeing production, sales, finance etc. For each division, there would be separate department heads who would be reporting to him.
		2) Business Strategy formulation and execution along with top management. He shall be the P&L owner for the Thailand business.
		2) Relationship management with key stakeholders
		3) Ensure strict compliance with Thai regulations across all business verticals
		4) He will be responsible for general operations and administration of the Plant. 5) Co-ordination and liaison between Thailand Office, Thailand factory and Corporate Office
		5) Lead, mentor, develop and manage the entire team at Thailand
Other Remarks		We will ideally want a male candidate who is 40 years plus and is of Indian origin, should be proficient in English & Thai and should have had experience of at least 15 plus years in any manufacturing company based out of Thailand in a similar role.
