General Manager / Head – Food Services, Alternate Channels, Private Label

Job Summary:

The General Manager / Head of Food Services, Alternate Channels, and Private Label will spearhead the growth and innovation of these businesses across India. This role transcends sales, focusing on developing strategic partnerships and delivering customized solutions while ensuring profitable growth through entrepreneurial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the P&L for the Food Services, HORECA, Alternate Channels, and Private Label businesses.
Develop and execute the long-term growth strategy across existing and new customer segments.
Identify untapped market opportunities and build scalable revenue streams.
Drive profitable growth while maintaining healthy margins.
Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders in various sectors such as airlines, hotels, and multiplexes.
Negotiate national partnerships and long-term commercial agreements with key accounts.
Lead the growth of the Private Label business by collaborating with domestic and international brands.

Requirements:

15–20 years of experience in Food Services, HORECA, Institutional Sales, or Alternate Channels.
Strong experience managing large national key accounts.
Proven success in building strategic partnerships and alliance-driven businesses.
Demonstrated P&L ownership with a track record of profitable growth.
Experience leading large cross-functional teams with a focus on customer success.
Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow the business sustainably.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the food, beverage, or FMCG ecosystem.
Track record of developing customized solutions for marquee brands.
Strong analytical skills for leveraging business analytics to drive decision-making.
