Director of Product Management - Data & AI Platform
Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic Director of Product Management to spearhead our Data & AI Platform strategy, ensuring it serves as the backbone for analytics, predictive intelligence, and AI-driven innovations across our portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will bridge Product, Engineering, and Data, helping utility retailers operate with greater efficiency and intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Gentrack's Data & AI Platform.
- Lead the evolution of a shared intelligence layer that serves both Gentrack products and customer AI ecosystems.
- Drive platform capabilities in data integration, analytics, predictive intelligence, AI execution, and agentic automation.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, AI specialists, and Product leaders to ensure seamless execution.
- Engage with customers to grasp their data and AI strategies, translating these insights into actionable platform capabilities.
- Establish success metrics to measure business impact, platform adoption, and customer value delivery.
- Influence executive stakeholders regarding investment priorities and strategic direction for the platform.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
- Proven experience in building platform products, data platforms, analytics solutions, or AI-enabled products.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures and AI technologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into a compelling product strategy.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in utilities, energy, or regulated industries is a significant plus.
