Assistant Manager/Team Lead - Site Audit
Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager/Team Lead for Site Audit plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial and operational processes within the infrastructure sector. This position involves conducting thorough audits and evaluations that enhance organizational efficiency and compliance, impacting the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic Process & System Audits, Operational Audits, Management Audits, and Compliance Audits as outlined in the Annual Audit Plan.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework in mitigating risks and achieving organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures of the company across all operations.
- Undertake deep dive audits and investigations as mandated by senior management to address specific concerns.
- Track and monitor the implementation of action plans to ensure effective closure of audit findings.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through professional report writing and presentations.
- Facilitate training and mentorship for junior auditing staff to build team capacity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in internal audit, specifically within the manufacturing or infrastructure sectors (excluding article-ship period).
- Semi-qualified CA/CWA, or a B.Com/M.Com degree with relevant audit experience.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive audits and evaluate internal controls.
- Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for effective report writing.
- Adept at using audit tools and methodologies for thorough analysis and reporting.
- Willingness and ability to travel PAN India and internationally, with travel expectations up to 80%.

- Experience working within organizations in the infrastructure sector or handling audits for infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrable experience in leading audit teams or projects, showcasing leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in audit software and data analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
