Job Summary
The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s financial
planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring high-quality
financial insights that support strategic decision-making. This role
oversees the development of financial models, analyzes business
performance, and partners with cross-functional teams to provide
data-driven recommendations. The FP&A Manager also ensures timely and
accurate management reporting, drives financial efficiency initiatives,
and supports leadership with forward-looking analysis to enhance
organizational performance.
Responsibilities:

Lead centralized MIS, AOP, statutory book-closing coordination, and
financial reporting.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful management reports.

Build and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) and drive
reporting automation.

Consolidate departmental budgets and support annual/long-term planning
processes.

Implement rolling forecasts and support strategic financial planning.
- Drive monthly and quarterly business performance reviews.

Analyze revenue, margins, cost trends, and overall profitability.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.

Support performance-improvement and cost-optimization initiatives
across functions.

Develop financial models for projects, pricing, investments, and
business cases.

Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.

Partner with leadership to support strategic planning with data-driven
insights.

Monitor operational efficiency metrics and highlight improvement
areas.

Support procurement and vendor negotiations through financial
analysis.
Qualifications:
- CA/MBA Finance with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Industry analysis, self-driven.

Experience with ERP systems and other tools Power BI, Oracle software.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
