| Education / Other Minimum Requirements | Preferably a qualified engineer (B.E./ B. Tech – Chemical Engineering) from metal extraction or chemical process industry background. An overall experience of 15-18 years in the relevant field will be mandatory. | |
| He will be reporting to the CEO and Managing Director and will be assisted by a dedicated team of Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, QC Manager etc. | ||

| Job Profile | 1) Manage end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, utilities, and logistics. Optimize production processes to improve yield, energy efficiency, and cost control. | |
| 2) Lead audits by customers, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies. | ||
| 3) Ensure strict compliance with Thai industrial safety, environmental, and labour regulations. | ||
| 4) He will be responsible for general administration of Plant. Co-ordination and liaising between plant and Corporate Office | ||
| 5) Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff including production, maintenance, and QA teams. | ||
| Other Remarks | We will ideally want a male candidate who is 40 years plus and is of Indian origin, should be proficient in English & Thai (speaking) and should have had experience of at least 10 plus years in any manufacturing Plant based out of Thailand in a similar role. |
