Sales Manager

Role Purpose :

To build and manage relationships with corporate clients, leveraging these relationships to promote our gifting solutions and drive sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities :  
● Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their gifting needs and preferences. 
● Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for corporate gifting products across multiple channels. 
● Identify and acquire new corporate clients through market research, networking, and proactive outreach. 
● Arrange and conduct meetings with corporate clients to present our gifting solutions and close sales deals, with a willingness to travel as needed. 
● Negotiate terms of sales agreements, close deals effectively, and ensure all contractual obligations are met. 
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to boost corporate sales. 
● Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. 
● Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback for management review. 
● Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive client experience. 
● Liaise with operational teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of orders. 
● Represent Gladful at industry events, trade shows, and corporate gatherings to network and promote our gifting solutions. 
● Assist in creating dashboards that provide regular insights, offer recommendations, and identify growth opportunities. 
● Perform any other duties as requested by the reporting manager.

Required Experience - Skills and Qualifications :  
● Graduation in a relevant degree. 
● Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in sales profile 
● Open to Travel 
● Excellent Communication Skills 
● Analytical and Multitasking Skills 
● Problem-Solving Attitude 
● Proficient in English and Microsoft Office 
● Agile and Quick Learner
