Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in static equipment. This role is vital to our mission of delivering high-quality engineering solutions and will play a key role in advancing our projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and analyze static equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine equipment requirements.
Lead and participate in the development of engineering specifications and project proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning and execution.
Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
Develop and maintain documentation related to design processes, modifications, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry best practices in all engineering activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with static equipment in an engineering environment.
Proficient in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to static equipment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience with project management software and methodologies.
Proven track record of successful project completion within budget and timeline.
Certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng).
Experience in energy, oil, and gas, or manufacturing sectors will be a distinct advantage.
