Technical Manager Associate – Network Security
Job Summary:
Join Stratogent as a Technical Manager Associate in Network Security, where
you will play a crucial role in leading high-performing teams to tackle

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of network specialists across operations and projects
to ensure effective delivery and performance.

Own service delivery processes, manage customer escalations, and spearhead
continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive the design, implementation, and operational excellence of technical
solutions in network security and infrastructure.

Collaborate with global customers and cross-functional teams to deliver
enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs.

Build, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams, fostering a
culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements:

8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Service Delivery, with at
least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

Proven expertise in Enterprise Routing & Switching, WAN/SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF,
and EIGRP protocols.

Hands-on experience with leading Network Security technologies, particularly
Palo Alto and Fortinet.

Demonstrated experience supporting hybrid and multi-cloud environments,
specifically AWS and Azure.

Strong customer management skills, with exposure to US and European clients
and onsite-offshore delivery models.

Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and a deep passion for mentoring and team
development.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, Azure, and AWS,
or equivalent credentials.

Experience in developing and implementing strategies for service delivery
optimization.

Advanced troubleshooting skills in complex networking and security
environments.
