HR Manager
Job Summary:
The HR Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and managing the workforce of
our organization. This position is responsible for designing and implementing
human resources policies and strategies that support our company's goals while
fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and
strategic direction of the organization.

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening
candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure the attraction of top
talent.

Oversee employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration into the
company and facilitate training programs.

Implement performance management systems that drive high performance and
provide ongoing feedback.

Act as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues,
providing guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations while
maintaining best HR practices.

Analyze HR metrics and develop reports to assess the effectiveness of HR
initiatives and programs.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong
understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mediate and resolve
conflicts.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters with
confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
