Job Summary:

The Picker Packer role is essential to our logistics team, responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. By ensuring orders are accurately filled and dispatched, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products according to order specifications and quality standards.
• Verify the accuracy of items picked against packing lists or order forms.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline the packing and shipping process.
• Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Prepare and label packages for shipment following company guidelines.
• Contribute to meeting daily productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical skills for counting and measuring items.
• Must own a bike for transportation to and from the workplace.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or order processing software.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
