🎯 Role Overview

As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for supporting elderly parents through regular visits, coordinating their healthcare needs, and acting as a bridge between them and their families.

This is a flexible, visit-based opportunity , ideal for professionals looking for meaningful work alongside other commitments.

👨‍👩‍👧 Key Responsibilities

🏥 Parent Care & Support

Conduct regular home visits and wellbeing checks
Monitor vitals and ensure medication adherence
Assist in scheduling doctor appointments and lab tests
Accompany parents to hospital visits when required
Support with hospital admissions and discharge processes
Handle emergency situations and provide on-ground assistance
Maintain and update medical records and reports
Assist with non-medical tasks (banking, errands, companionship)

🌍 NRI Family Coordination

Provide regular updates to family members regarding health status
Maintain accurate documentation and reports after each visit
Act as a reliable point of contact between parents and their children

👩‍⚕️ Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Nurse (GNM or above) / Paramedical professional
Experience: Minimum 2+ years
Preferred Experience: Hospital / elder care / home care

💼 Work Structure & Compensation

Type: Flexible, visit-based role (not full-time)
Earnings: ₹800 – ₹1200 per visit (based on experience)
Emergency Visits: Up to ₹3000 per visit
Payout Cycle: Weekly

⏱️ Time Commitment

Each visit: Typically 3–4 hours
Longer visits compensated accordingly
No fixed working hours — choose your availability
